The Project includes all work as indicated in the Project Manual, Drawings, and any issued Addenda. The Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct the City of Westport Observation and Vertical Evacuation Structure (VES), as described in the Project Manual. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation and grading; utility extensions and connections; reinforced concrete foundations and structural elements; structural steel framing; architectural finishes; stairs, railings, and observation areas; electrical and lighting systems; communications infrastructure; site improvements; erosion and sediment control; and all associated work required to deliver a complete and operational facility.
