The primary goal is to maintain a statewide compliance rate of at least 90% to secure federal SAMHSA Synar funding. The scope of work includes performing at least one annual inspection for approximately 1,800 retailers, managing permitting and education websites, providing retailer training materials, and handling inspection evidence disposal. The anticipated contract term is five years, running from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031, with an estimated total value of 2,534,120.00 dollars.
