Ocoee Middle School - LVP Flooring

Bradley County Schools has issued solicitation RFQ-2026-0004 for the removal and replacement of flooring at Ocoee Middle School in Cleveland, Tennessee. The project involves the removal of approximately 7,500 square feet of old flooring and baseboards, followed by the installation of LVP flooring and baseboards in the main entrance lobby, main office, two conference rooms, and eight offices. Bidders must provide all labor and materials, specify the brand of materials used, provide warranty information, and submit an estimated timeline for completion. A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all bidders. Quotes must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Ocoee Middle School Flooring to Taylor Hooker at the Bradley County Schools Central Office by 10:00 AM on September 24, 2026. All bids must utilize the provided Attachment B form. While price is a component of the evaluation, the Board of Education reserves the right to use judgment factors and may give preference to vendors utilizing a cost-effective wholesale purchasing or service model. Payment will be issued within twenty days of the invoice date for each completed service or progress billing.
