The Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) is seeking a qualified Hyland consulting partner to provide professional services to upgrade the agency's existing Hyland OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Case Management System from Version 22 to Version 25.1.The selected vendor shall provide project management, technical implementation, testing, knowledge transfer, and production support to ensure a successful system upgrade while minimizing disruption to agency operations.

Please clarify whether any Ohio-certified MBE may submit a response to this solicitation, or whether a responding MBE must also hold current Hyland OnBase partnership status with Hyland-certified consultants.
