SaskEnergy is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide odorant moisture removal services at two facilities where water contamination has resulted in elevated freezing and cloud point temperatures. For more information, please refer to the attached Request For Proposal (RFP) documents. In order to be considered, Proposals shall be received no later than July 24, 2026, 2:00:00pm, CST (Saskatchewan Time). Please submit all questions, IN WRITING, on or before, July 21, 2026 to [email protected]. Proposals will be opened in private. Proponents will be notified of the successful Proponent. If you do not wish to submit a Proposal, or require additional information, please contact [email protected]. Please refer to the Part 1 Invitation and Submission Instructions, Submission of Proposals, which provides instructions on how to respond and the criteria for Bids submitted via email.
