Request for Proposal (RFP) – Office Ergonomic AssessmentsBACKGROUNDThe Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for office ergonomic assessment services.REQUIREMENTBidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.The period of the contract, if awarded, will be from date of Contract to one year later, plus four (4) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.Tasks and Deliverables are detailed in Annex “A” of the Request for Proposal.For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP will prevail.The Department of National Defence reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the responses it receives.
