Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of a commercial supply item prepared with the format in FAR 12.603. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information provided. The Department of the Air Force 482nd LGC at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL intends to contract for thirteen (13) workstations and one (1) waiting area for room 106 in building 360 at Homestead ARB, FL 33039. The workstations and waiting area will be installed and furnished per the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 2 Sept 2010, and Drawing A. This is a small business set-aside. We anticipate a single award contract using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 541410. The purchase request number is F5E0FM0230A001 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation FA6648-10-Q-0016. A fixed price contract will be awarded. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: (1) Lowest price. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. Offerors must also register on the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov/ for online representations and certifications. Award will not be made to any vendor who is not CCR and ORCA registered. All offers are due by 12 PM, 17 Sept 2010. Offers may be submitted by email to the address below or by fax (305) 224-7055. Offers should contain a detailed list of proposed furniture and dividers with prices. Offers should also contain a drawing depicting furniture and divider placement.
