The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:The selected Construction Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, personnel, and specified materials required to properly and successfully complete all work elements described or implied in the construction plan set, technical specifications, and any other documents included in the official bid package. All work shall be performed in accordance with best management practices and established industry standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
Mandatory Site Visit: A mandatory pre-bid/site visit wil be held on August 4, 2026, at 10:00 am. We will meet at Ogden Bay WMA Headquarters in Hooper, UT at 4786 S. 7500 W., Hooper, UT 84315. Any vendor/bidder that is late will not be allowed to bid and will not be allowed to attend the site visit.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: the vendor that has the lowest overall cost of all ten (10) line items combined.
Length of Contract: must be completed by or before September 30, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through the completion of the project.
