NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement to put in place a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure quantity 150 “Ohmmeter, Blasting” also known as a Field Circuit Tester the first year and optional quantities of up to quantity 75, with optional four (4) optional periods. Delivery is requested at the Department of National Defence: 25 CFSD Montreal 6363 Notre Dame St. E Montreal, Quebec H1N 1V9, on or 90 calendar days after contract award. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
