The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, permits, licenses, and any other items and/or services necessary to perform all operations involved in the maintenance of oil/water separators, to include sampling and analysis, waste pumping and disposal, surveillance, cleaning, keeping and providing required records, and emergency service. The Contractor shall clean all grease traps, sand traps, interior trench drains and pump septic/holding tanks located at McConnell AFB. The Contractor shall flush sanitary sewer line mains annually. The contractor shall dispose of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste to approved disposal/ recycling facilities. All work shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and the terms and conditions of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to effectively, and efficiently accomplish the requirements of this PWS in a timely manner in a way that fosters pride and ownership in the work performed.
