This program will provide funding to support eligible applicants in providing (1) comprehensive reentry services for moderate- to high-risk youth before, during, and after release from confinement, and (2) transitional services to assist youth to successfully reenter the community.
Eligible uses: Funding priorities include directly supporting law enforcement operations, combatting violent crime, supporting services to American citizens, protecting American children, and supporting American victims of trafficking and sexual assault.
