The Project includes the following Work: the demolition of 314 Park Avenue located in Punxsutawney Borough. The Project has an expected duration of three hundred thirty-four (334) days. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project are available at no cost at PennBid: pennbid.bonfirehub.com Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
