Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement consistutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20130228. The applicable Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 3410. Applicable NAICS is 333515 and the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. A single award will be made. Air Force Test Center (AFTC), PZZC, Eglin AFB FL (physically located at Holloman AFB NM) is seeking to purchase the following via a Firm-Fixed Price Contract: CLIN 0001: One (1) each Omax Abrasive Water Jet Cutter in accordance with the requirements stated in Attachment 1 (Requirements and Specifications). Includes delivery, installation, set-up and training. NOTE: Offerors are to provide quotations for CLIN 0001. If separately priced features, please indicate and provide each cost and a total for CLIN 0001. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technicall acceptable (LPTA) offer that is most advantageous to the Government. Technical acceptability will be based on the offeror's responsiveness in accordance with the Requirements and Specifications at Attachment 1. ALL requirements and specifications must be met to be eligible for award. Meeting all requirements and specifications are significantly more important than price.
