Omnibus Ordinance Amendment

The City of Signal Hill is proposing an omnibus ordinance amendment to various sections of the Signal Hill Municipal Code (SHMC) that require updating, to conform with State law, remove obsolete or redundant regulations, and generally integrate best practices.
