Davis County (the “County”) is seeking qualified professional architects (“Vendor”) to provide professional consultation, advice, and customary architectural services on an "as-needed" basis. ● Multi-Vendor Pool: The County intends to establish non-exclusive, "services-on-demand" contracts with one or more consultants to accelerate the design process and reduce administrative burdens for small to medium-sized projects. ● Task orders will be assigned based on the County’s discretion regarding a Vendor's "strong suits" and current capacity. There is no plan to rotate projects between selected Vendors, and there is no guarantee of work volume or frequency. Depending on the project, the County reserves the right to conduct other procurement processes at its discretion. The resulting contracts will have an anticipated full term of five (5) years with an option to extend one additional five-year term.
