The City of Port Moody is seeking to retain one or more qualified architectural consulting firms to provide a broad range of professional and technical services on an on‑call, as‑required basis. These Services will support the City’s ongoing needs related to facility planning, building maintenance, capital project development, design, and construction implementation.Enquiries:All enquiries related to this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) are to be submitted through the Bids&Tenders Bidding System only: https://portmoody.bidsandtenders.ca/. by clicking on the “Submit a Question” button for this specific bid opportunity. Bidders should not use the Discussion forum on the BC Bid site to submit questions.Addenda:Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFSO. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFSO. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission. Bidders will be required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission.
