On-Call Emergency Snow and Ice Removal Services

The City of Hopewell, Virginia, is soliciting bids under IFB 17-26 for on-call emergency snow and ice removal services for city-owned roadways, public facilities, and designated municipal rights-of-way. The contract is awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and features an initial one-year term with up to four optional one-year renewals.
