ON-CALL ENTERPRISE GIS, AMAZON WEB SERVICES (AWS) CLOUD, AND SYSTEMS INTEGRATION CONSULTING SERVICES

The City of Carson is soliciting proposals for solicitation number 26-031 to secure a qualified firm for on-call Enterprise GIS, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud, and Systems Integration Consulting Services. The selected consultant will provide professional and technical support to enhance the City's geospatial environment, including ArcGIS Enterprise and AWS administration, data management using Python and ArcGIS APIs, and the development of analytical tools and dashboards. A key objective of these services is to support the City's evolving geospatial needs in preparation for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The City will negotiate the final scope and fee with the highest-ranked proposer. The contract requires comprehensive documentation, including a cost file, a schedule of performance, and various affidavits regarding non-collusion, non-discrimination, and federal lobbying. Consultants must provide monthly detailed invoices for personnel, materials, and approved expenses, with the City aiming for payment within 45 days. All work products are subject to City review and acceptance, and the consultant is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable prevailing wage requirements.
