Full Description

Scope: The City of Pomona is seeking informal quotes from qualified companies to provide as needed plumbing services in accordance with the Scope of Service or Specifications stated herein. The City seeks to award a five (5) year agreement.
Notes: A. General 1. Contractor Responsibilities· Availability for on-call services for plumbing necessities at City facilities· Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including but not limited to leaks, broken pipes, fixture failures, sewer backups, and temporary containment solutions.· Supply all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for repairs.· Comply with all plumbing codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.· Clean and sanitize work areas after repairs.2. Service & Reporting· Maintain essential parts inventory for rapid repair.· Coordinate with City facilities management on safety and operational updates.· Provide monthly summary of emergency service calls and resolutions.
