Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for the supply of one (1) hybrid multi-mode microplate reader. Must have detection modes for UV-Vis absorbance, fluorescence, fluorescence polarization (FP), time-resolved fluorescence (TRF), TR-FRET and luminescenceMust have read modes for endpoint, kinetic, spectral scanning and well area scanningMust accommodate 96 and 384 well microplate typesMust be able to control temperature to 70°C with a 4-zone temperature control systemMust include linear, orbital, and double orbital shaking capabilitiesMust have a Xenon flash light source
