The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation amendment is to provide answers to submitted vendor questions; see Attachment titled: "Questions and Answers."
In addition, Attachment 02 – Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 has been revised to include compliance information regarding FAR 52.225-2 (Buy American Certificate).
Offerors are reminded that they must submit a completed and signed copy of the revised Attachment 02 – Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 with their final quote submission.

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award, as to prioritize speed, simplicity, and commercial alignment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested under simplified procedures, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government anticipates awarding a competitive Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335311 (size standard: 800 employees). This RFQ is being issued as a 100% total small business set-aside.
