One Year Database Access to Loan Connector

THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS) SOUTHERN REGION MIDSTATES FIELD PROCUREMENT intends to issue on a sole source basis a purchase order to Thomas Ruters Markets 3 Times Square NEW YORK NY 10036 FOR FULL ACCESS TO THE LPC LOAN CONNECTOR DEALSCAN DATABASE USED FOR RESEARCH BY THE IRS. The Government intends to solicit and award with one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other interested organizatin shall submit a written statement of their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill this requirement to the identified point of contact as soon as possible, but no later than 11:00 am CST June 6 2019. Emailed statements are acceptable,but the senders bear full responsibility to ensure complete transmission and timely receipt. All inquries and concerns must be addressed in writing to lori.j.wingrove@irs.gov. Any such statement of capabilities and qualifications received by the deadline will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is soely within the discretion of the Government per FAR 13.106-19b(b) (1).
