The NASPO ValuePoint Online Auction Services master agreement, led by the State of New Mexico under solicitation NASPO-ADT-139, provides state and local governments with comprehensive online auctioning capabilities. The contract structure allows for a potential term of up to 10 years, including renewals. Pricing is primarily based on percentage fees charged to buyers and sellers.
