The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Purchase Order to Ovid Technologies of Norwood, MA. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire access license(s) to electronic scientific journals, books and data bases in support of the scientific research of agency scientists. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within its discretion.
