19 July 2012 This announcement serves to notify all potential offerors the 48th Contracting Squadron (48 CONS) at RAF Lakenheath, Building 977, Boston Drive, Brandon, Suffolk, IP27 9PN, United Kingdom, has released a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number FA5587-12-R-0030 for the services of an Operating Room Nurse at the Medical Treatment Facility at RAF Lakenheath, UK. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 621399 - Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners. The closing date and time of the solicitation is 20 August 2012 at 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time. The contract will encompass a base period of service beginning on 15 September 2012 and ending 14 September 2013, followed by two (2) one-year option periods.
