The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL 32611 under authority of FAR 6.302 unless responses to this notice reveal an additional source capable of satisfying the requirement. This requirement is for the operation of a Graduate Engineering and Research Center at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida providing course work, counseling and supervision of theses as necessary for Master and Doctorate degrees in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
