Operational Model Transformation Support Services

The contract supports the Office of the Chief of Staff in assisting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) as it fulfills its role as National Coordinator for the Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure. The contractor will conduct an Operational and Cultural Gaps Assessment to identify existing barriers and inefficiencies, then provide strategic recommendations to design a high-level operating model that enhances coordination, collaboration, and effectiveness across federal and nonfederal entities. This includes implementing the findings of the assessment through actionable improvements aligned with CISA’s mission to strengthen national infrastructure resilience. In addition to assessment and design work, the contractor will deliver administrative and operational support services to ensure seamless execution of the transformation initiatives. Performance will be centered in Arlington, Virginia, and the effort is targeted toward Women-Owned Small Businesses under the WOSB set-aside category with NAICS code 541611.
