Solicitation # RFI-ICE_EDS_OCT2026

The government is seeking a solution that supports the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle within a single product to handle everything from routine investigations to large-scale enterprise litigation. A primary focus of this inquiry is the identification of Super Intelligence (SI) and Agentic SI capabilities, including autonomous execution of multi-step tasks, semantic searching, and intelligent workflow orchestration with human-in-the-loop approval checkpoints. To be considered, the platform must maintain an active FedRAMP Authorization at the Moderate or High level and comply with federal cybersecurity requirements. Interested respondents must submit a PDF white paper by October 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET, to the designated point of contact. Submissions must include a cover letter with administrative details, a company profile under NAICS 541512, a capability narrative, and structured responses regarding AI and EDRM functionality.
