U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Capability Program Executive Enterprise Software & Services (CPE ES2), Fort Belvoir, VA, intends to award a new non-competitive, single-award Firm-Fixed-Price Labor Hours (FFP-LH) contract to Augur Consulting, Inc. (CAGE Code: 659X0, UEID: ZLJNJG6DRZJ5), located at 1400 Crystal Dr. Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22202.


The proposed contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis under the authority of Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)  Overhaul 6.103-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". 


This procurement is to provide highly specialized Operations Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA), cost estimating, and financial management support services.
