The Royal British Columbia Museum requests quotations for the Supply and Delivery of various First Aid supplies.*** IMPORTANT***- If the Quotation is submitted by email the Quotation must include a Submission Declaration (included in the Appendix B - Response Form located in the RFx documents section of the Overview tab) signed by an authorized representative of the Proponent.- Pricing will be inclusive of all levies, shipping, handling fees, duties (including but not limited to tariffs) and any other charges (but exclusive of any amounts payable with respect to applicable sales taxes)- Proponents should not include or attach any terms and conditions, text, or information with their Submission that is not requested in the Appendix B - Response Form or in any other document identified as being mandatory within this Invitation to Quote. Please see the ITQ Process Rules document including but not limited to rule 2.11 under the heading “Contract” and rule 2.12 under the heading “No Counter Offers”.
