The 700 Contracting Squadron, Kapaun Air Station, Germany, hereby publicizes its intention to issue solicitation F3N0437186AC01 to solicit quotes for an in-person instructor-led Optical Fiber Installation Training course for 86 CS in accordance with the current EIA/TIA standards. This course should award 35 BICSI Continuing Education Credits for 86 CS/SCO, Ramstein Air Base, Germany This procurement is unrestricted (full and open competition). The projected period of performance will consist of a basic period from 28 September 2017 through 31 December 2017. The Government intends to award on firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote (RFQ) is on the 25 Aug 2017, with the anticipated receipt of quotes on the 08 Sep 2017. The Government plans to use the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website and email as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information.
