This solicitation is being issued by Shared Services Canada (SSC) for the supply and delivery of Optical Wavelength telecommunications services between two Canadian locations to two United States of America (US) locations to provide connectivity between Canada’s Department of National Defense (DND) and the US Department of Defense (DoD) to meet both organizations’ mission demands. In order to submit a bid, bidders must email the contracting authority indicating their interest at the following email address: Maxime.Imbert@ssc-spc.gc.ca. Bidders can view the solicitation documents within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tool in the following solicitation: BPM15864. Solicitation documents can be accessed by selecting the “Show public request for proposals” tab. Bidders must be registered and logged into P2P in order to submit a bid.
