Notice Type: Special Notification The purpose of this special notification is to inform Industry a new sole source Firm- Fixed Price (FFP) contract W91RUS-17-C-0023, under Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency was made to Spearpoint Associates, LLC, 560 West Ormonde Rd, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401-8402, for non-personal services for the 333rd Signal Company, 78th Signal Battalion, and 516th Signal Brigade. for support of the Joint Warfighter Interbase Telecommunication Network (JWITN). Awarded sole source contract is for twelve (12) month of performance with thirty (30) day phase-in, ten (10) month base period, and a thirty (30) day phase-out for a Period of Performance (PoP) of 12 June 2017 to 11 June 2018.
