Optometrist Services - FCC Hazelton

This is a sources-sought announcement for optometry services at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Hazelton in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, where services are currently being provided by Distinctive Home Care, Inc. under a contract awarded on October 1, 2025, for a base year valued at $205,804.80, set to expire on September 30, 2026.
