The contract includes a broad set of compliance and administrative requirements under the Federal Acquisition Regulation, including clauses on supply chain security, prohibitions on ByteDance and certain unmanned aircraft systems, labor standards for service contractors, equal opportunity and veteran hiring obligations, prohibitions on trafficking in persons, whistleblower protections, cybersecurity and privacy training, pay transparency under Executive Orders, and accelerated payments to small business subcontractors. All work must comply with Cleaver Brooks manufacturer guidelines and applicable state licensing standards. Performance occurs at the Ashland, Oregon facility under FOB Destination terms, with formal inspection and acceptance executed by a Government representative on site.
