This action is to acquire software licenses and maintenance support for Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Oracle e-Business Suite for the Office of the Financial Officer (OCFO) Financial Management Systems (FM&S), Enterprise Financial Systems (EFS), in support of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and support staff. The OEM software licenses(s) and E-Business software maintenance licenses provide a comprehensive management platform for Oracle databases, application, middleware, hardware, and cloud services. The contractor shall provide Oracle software licenses and maintenance support for the EFS Trio program, which serves the USCG, TSA, and CWMD offices. The contractor's responsibilities include: 1. Software Licenses: Provide software licenses listed below. 2. Maintenance and Support: Ensuring maintenance and support for all Oracle software licenses used by end users within the EFS Trio system. 3. License Renewal: Renewing "support & maintenance" licenses annually to comply with Oracle's licensing terms and conditions. 4. Bug Fixes, Enhancements, and Patches: Working with Oracle support to address bugs, implement enhancements, and obtain necessary patches for the system. 5. Upgrades: Upgrading the existing application and modules to the next available version as part of the maintenance process. 6. Compatibility: Ensuring that only the identified enterprise license support and user applications are compatible with the currently installed Oracle software. This requirement is critical for maintaining the operational integrity of the EFS Trio system, which is already live and in use.
