This work is foundational to the new project, and would be impossible to duplicate through another vendor without considerable expense and time. The proposed contractor has also been involved in the development and execution of technologies, tools, and projects that can be extensively leveraged in the manual revision. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capablility to respond to this requirement by June 10, 2016, 4:00 PM, PST to the Point of Contact listed below. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
