This RFI requests information about current domestic manufacturing capacities for Over the Counter (OTC) rapid antigen SARS-CoV-2 tests within U.S. facilities. This RFI is not a request for competitive proposals: therefore, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Companies that respond will not be paid for submitting information. The Government intends to utilize information gathered from this RFI for planning and market research purposes.
