The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, mandatory parts, non-mandatory parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following asset: NOMENCLATURE: Actuator, Electro ME INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-408-7445/1680-01-408-7445 INPUT/OUTPUT PART NUMBER: 145C6100-4/145C6100-4 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 25 each; Maximum 440 (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 80 each) The proposed contractual action will be a single award, five year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a Foreign Military Sales quantity of 80. It has been determined the Government's needs cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 will not be used. This is a Critical Safety Item. Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specification and drawings. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This procurement is restricted to the following approved source: The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272, and Large Business. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests in order to complete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home.Award of this requirements will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email.
