Destination to: USCG SFLC, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226 Attn; Receiving Room/Bldg 88 THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE RFQ NOTE: These turbocharger air intake filters are for warehouse stock and not for immediate installation. The Coast Guard does not possess the rights to the necessary P-Max Filters reproduction manufacturing drawings, specifications, tolerances/parameters, test procedures and other relevant information necessary to manufacture and test these filters. Since the technical data required to make a fair and reasonable assessment of alternate filters is unavailable, using the OEM to manufacture these filters is required to guarantee interchangeability of the item. Any attempt to repair this item without the proper P-Max Filters parts and without access to the OEM's reproduction manufacturing drawings, specifications, tolerances/parameters, test procedures and other relevant information, could cause equipment failure and subsequent failure to meet unit mission requirements. Using only OEM P-Max Filters is a requirement.. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer.
