Location of Services: Mouth of Cottonwood Creek Wildlife Area, Manner Property, 22231 Adobe Road, Cottonwood, CA, 96002, Shasta County License Required: A ¿ General Engineering Contractor, or B ¿ General Building Contractor With the following requirements: C22 License: If the Bidding Contractor does not possess the required license, then the Bidding Contractor shall subcontract with a contractor having the said license. Lead Abatement: Lead-Related Certificate (LRC) from the Department of Public Health, Childhood Poisoning Prevention Branch. If the Bidding Contractor does not possess the required certificate, then the Bidding Contractor shall subcontract with a contractor with said Certification. The subcontractor may not sublet the work to another contractor. The subcontractor must be listed on the list of Proposed Subcontractors, Attachment documents ¿ Attachment 4, page 6, and Attachment 13 GSPD-05-106, page 20, regardless of the amount of work. Estimated Cost: $ 200,000.00 Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal).
