San Joaquin County has issued a time extension application for the previously approved Site Approval PA-1400084, granting a two-year extension to complete a five-year development plan for a truck parking and repair facility in Tracy, California. The project is divided into two phases: Phase One includes parking for up to ten trucks and trailers, a 4,960-square-foot concrete slab for outdoor truck repairs, conversion of a 2,172-square-foot warehouse for repair operations, a 16,000-square-foot tow yard, a 960-square-foot modular storage building for the tow yard, and a 360-square-foot off-premises digital billboard sign with a maximum height of 50 feet. Phase Two will expand the facility by adding storage for 83 additional trailers and constructing a 4,960-square-foot enclosed building over the existing concrete slab, maintaining its use for truck repair purposes. The extension allows additional time to fulfill all construction and operational components of the original approval, with the primary point of contact being the County’s Associate Planner and the project owner.
