Pacific Fleet Commercial Helicopter Detachment Alpha (PAC Det A) is forward deployed to provide two (2) heavy lift aircraft and associated crew to support the fleet and logistics services/VERTREP, passenger transfer and limited Search and Rescue (SAR) requirements of Military Sealift Command.
