PAD, CUSHIONING

The contract specifies the procurement of 31 units of PAD, CUSHIONING with part number MBEU200775 and NSN 1680-99-442-6765, sourced from MARTIN BAKER AMERICA INC. (CAGE 1Q842), classified as a critical application item. Delivery is required FOB origin within 284 days, with no tolerance for quantity variance, and inspection and acceptance must occur at the origin. All packaging must comply with ASTM D3951, but DLA Master List requirements take precedence and mandate marking and labeling per MIL-STD-129. Palletization must follow RP001: DLA Packaging Requirements for Procurement, and the Unit of Issue is each (EA). Sampling for quality verification must adhere to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, with zero non-conformances required in the sample lot unless otherwise stated. Critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively, with unspecified attributes treated as major.
