PAD, HEAT TREATMENT

The contract calls for the procurement of 3 cases of single-use PAD, HEAT TREATMENT units, each case containing 24 packs, with a total delivery requirement of 5 days after award. The product must have a minimum shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture and no more than three months may have elapsed between the manufacturer’s production date and delivery to the government. All labels must include the manufacturer’s date, expiration or retest date, contract number, and lot number, in full compliance with the Medical Marking Standard No. 1A, which supersedes MIL-STD-129 for medical items. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and DLA’s RP001 packaging requirements, ensuring sealed, protective containers suitable for safe transport at the lowest freight rate. The product is subject to DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, and any hazardous materials must comply with the Hazard Communication Standard or applicable federal statutes such as FIFRA or FDCA. Delivery is required FOB destination to Williamsburg, Virginia, with electronic invoicing processed exclusively through Wide Area WorkFlow. The contract is issued under solicitation SPE2DH-26-T-4069 by the Defense Logistics Agency’s Medical Supply Chain FSH, with Tina Vu as the primary point of contact. The solicitation triggers mandatory representations including UEI and CAGE code disclosure, small business status verification, socioeconomic certifications, and compliance with federal clauses regarding trafficking in persons, employment eligibility, sustainable products, and safeguarding of covered defense information under DFARS 252.204-7012 and other applicable provisions.
