The 316th Contracting Squadron (CONS) intends to make a sole source contract by the authority of RFO 6.103-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) for the PAG Kitchen Equipment with The Electric Motor Repair Co. of 9100 Yellow Brick RD STE H Rosedale, Maryland 21237-4704. In accordance with RFO 6.302(c)(2)(ii), contracts awarded using this authority shall be supported by a written justification and approval described in RFO 6.303 and RFO 6.304.

Commercial Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The NAICS Code is 333241 and the Size Standard is 500 emp.
