Full Description

To support Mobile Handset Data Collection and NORTHCOM COP development for current COVID19 and long-term JADC2, Palantir USG will provide the following: - Term Evaluation Commercial Software License: Palantir USG will provide NORTHCOM with a 6-month term evaluation software license, pursuant to Palantir USG's commercial License and Services Agreement and delivered upon Authority to Proceed (ATP). - Software Platform Installation and Management: Palantir USG will manage the installation and sustainment of Palantir initially within the SUNet instance. Palantir USG will perform ongoing maintenance and configuration of the platform installation. - Mobile Form configuration: Palantir USG will configure user-facing forms to be deployed to mobile devices to support individual data collection. - Briefings and Reports: o Project Plans: Palantir USG and NORTHCOM will create and maintain detailed documentation on project prioritization, including dataset integration and product configuration plans. o Final Project Report: Palantir USG shall provide a summation of the performance during the contract period, along with plans to transition the capability to production.
