This is announcement constitutes a Source Sought. This announcement seeks information from industry and will only be used for preliminary planning purposes. The Jacksonville District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking interest from prospective offers for a potential fiscal year (FY) 2026 award of the aforementioned project. The purpose of this sources sought is to gauge interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the Construction Community, to include Small Businesses, as the Government must ensure there is adequate competition amongst the potential pool of responsible contractors. The Jacksonville District anticipates the issuance of an Invitation for Bid (IFB). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to said sources sought or any follow-up information requested.DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of maintenance dredging Palm Beach Harbor within the Entrance Channel, Settling Basin, Extended Settling Basin, and the Expanded Settling Basin. All material must be placed in the Nearshore Placement Area, which is located immediately south of the inlet. Incidental work includes, but is not limited to environmental and water quality monitoring. The Target Price Range is between $2,000,000.00 and $7,000,000.00. The project will have an estimated period of performance of 100 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.
