Pamela County Park Roofing and Surfacing Project

The 3-acre Pamela County Park (Park) features picnic areas, basketball courts, a skate park, a community building, a gymnasium, and multi-use fields. The Park is heavily used by local residents and includes key amenities, such as the community building, play area, and skate park, that are in need of repairs to ensure the Park continues to serve the public safely and effectively. The community building hosts a variety of activities and classes for children, teens, adults, and seniors, including EveryBody Plays after-school programs, OurSPOT teen programs, Women’s Group support network events, seasonal arts and culture events, and youth, teen, and senior nutrition programs. The proposed project scope includes replacement of the community building roof, existing play area safety surfacing, skate park equipment, and light fixtures, as well as related site improvements.
