AI Contract Overview
The contract pertains to the procurement of four PANEL, INDICATING, LIGHT TRANSMITTING units with NSN 6220-01-247-4381, issued under solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-05ZK by the Defense Logistics Agency’s ASC Commodities Division. Delivery is due within 171 days after award, and the solicitation closed on July 22, 2026. The technical requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which incorporates referenced R and I numbered specifications, including configuration change management procedures, export control obligations under ITAR or EAR, and cybersecurity compliance mandating CMMC Level 2 certification for third-party assessors. All technical data is classified as export-controlled, restricted to contractors with approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program status, completed DLA training, and explicit authorization to handle such data, with DFARS 252.225-7048 applying to all disclosures, whether within the U.S. or abroad. Sampling and quality assurance are strictly defined to follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, or an equivalent zero-based plan unless另有规定, with critical, major, and minor attributes requiring verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Unspecified attributes are treated as major. While MIL-STD-105/ASQ Z1.4 may determine sample size, acceptance requires zero non-conformances unless the contract states otherwise. Documentation for source approval requests is required, and all supplies must be marked per RQ017 requirements. Government identification must be removed from non-accepted items. The place of performance is Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, and the primary point of contact is Chinh Le. Compliance with DLA packaging requirements, cybersecurity standards, and export control protocols is mandatory, and the contract is subject to federal acquisition regulations governing defense procurement.
